HEALTHCONSULTA® is a teleconsultation or e-consultation platform and means for patients and doctors to have medical consultations and diagnoses. It has been developed for the purposes of administering proper health care to patients who do not have the means to travel to the hospital to receive likewise. The platform also provides patients official medical documents such as medical reports and prescriptions to allow them to purchase their prescribed medication from pharmacies and drugstores.
You can begin your registration via the home page with the top navigational buttons. Choose which option pertains to you, whether you are a patient or doctor. Fill in your information sheet, confirm your contact details, and you will be able to use the system.
Patients and doctors alike can use the system. Patients above 18 years of age can register and use the system. For minors, parents and relatives must provide assistance on behalf of the minor in using the platform.
You can change your contact details via your profile in the menu. Keep in mind that you, as a user, are responsible for providing the correct contact information, and we will need to verify such contact information to avoid overloading capacity of users accounts with unverified contact information.
How do I (as a patient) schedule an appointment with the doctor? To schedule an appointment with the doctor, click on the doctor whom you wish to consult with. You will see the details of the doctor’s brief professional history as well as his/her specialization. Fees are also indicated in the screen. A confirmation screen will indicate whether you want to finalize reserving a time slot with the doctor. Appointments can only be entertained once confirmed and paid for.
Yes, it is possible, but to avoid inconveniencing the doctors with schedules, patients are limited to 3 cancellations per day. Fees for canceled payments are not refundable.
Yes, it is possible. What is important is that appointments do not conflict with other scheduled appointments. Please be reminded that you must pay for the consultation fees for these appointments to be confirmed by the doctor.
In general, scheduled appointments must have already been paid for. If not, you must make the rectification by paying for the doctor’s fees and the scheduling of the appointment. Send the confirmation receipt to us at helpdesk@healthconsulta.com so that we can resolve the issue.
However, if you believe this is an error and that you have already paid for the scheduled appointment, kindly send an email to helpdesk@healthconsulta.com so that we can check and resolve the issue by informing your doctor with whom you have confirmed the appointment.
